Inquiry, Intake, and Confirmation

  • We blend guided moments, open exploration, and space to reflect—so the experience feels both focused and fluid.

  • Connection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the content itself.

  • In order to provide the best service possible and avoid miscommunication or oversight, our intake process is longer than most. Our forms are thorough and comprehensive because we tailor every part of the service to each clients unique preferences because you deserve better than a rigid routine.

Prepare for Arrival

  • A confirmation text will be sent 48 hours ahead of time. You may cancel up to 24 hours before the appointment to avoid a fee.

  • On the day of your appointment you will receive a bio of the massage therapist and a brief explanation of why we think you will work well together. You will also be informed on what make and model car to expect.

  • The massage therapist will arrive at the scheduled time.

  • It will take up to 30 minutes for the massage therapist to unload and set up the equipment.

    Please do not attempt to help the massage therapist with carrying anything. Our massage therapists have a rehearsed system to keep things running smoothly. They will find you if they have any questions and when it is time to start the service.

    Allow yourself time to relax in a space where you can ignore the activity until the massage therapist has completed setting up their equipment.

The Main Event

  • therapist will perform your selected service

  • Every massage includes hot stones if desired

  • The aromatherapy oils do not come into contact with your skin.

  • It will take up to 30 minutes for the massage therapist to unload and set up the equipment.

    Please do not attempt to help the massage therapist with carrying anything. Our massage therapists have a rehearsed system to keep things running smoothly. They will find you if they have any questions and when it is time to start the service.

  • Item description
  • When the massage concludes, the therapist will let you know that they are leaving the room to wash their hands so that you can get re-dressed before they pack up and go. 

    While the massage therapist is out of the room, get re-dressed and find somewhere comfortable to relax. 

    If multiple people are receiving massage services at the same location, it will take 10 minutes for the therapist to change the sheets and get reset before beginning the process with the next guest.

The spa soars away…

  • When you are dressed and off the table, the massage therapist will begin taking down the equipment and loading up their vehicle. 

    When everything is cleaned up to your satisfaction, the massage therapist will leave.

  • charge cc on file or use another form of payment. Though always appreciated, tipping is not expected
